Currently I am the Maintenance Supervisor for the Tar & Naphtaline Plants on site. My Teams goals are to keep both Plants running at full capacity. Maintain all equipment Daily and around the clock. Schedule weekly PM\'s along with the daily occurrences that pop up. Maintain a clean shop and working environment according to the company standards and policies. Schedule and hand out all daily work. Perform Observations of work going on to maintain the utmost in safety and all company protocols. Make sure there are sufficient pumps that have been rebuilt on hand for certain emergencies that arise from time to time. Above all else Safety is the Key to all operations.
