I’m a Project Manager at Turner & Townsend with 20 years of experience + learning across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO). I work best when the job is complex and there are a lot of moving parts.Most of my work sits in the day-to-day reality of project delivery: scope, schedule, cost, risk, change control, and keeping stakeholders aligned. I care about clean handoffs, clear reporting, and catching issues early before they turn into rework.I’m also drawn to the tools that make execution easier, not noisier. BIM, reality capture, and practical AI use are areas I spend time on, mainly when they help teams coordinate faster, reduce confusion, and make decisions with better information.Outside of my role, I’m building Rootd Modular Homes.
