Human Resources Data Analyst @Barclays

Member of the enterprise-wide People Analytics team. Involved in the collection and analysis of data from a range of sources and systems, both within and external to HR. Collaborate with Data Scientists and Business Translators to provide analytics and insight to the Barclays Group Executive Committee (ExCo), global businesses, and HR function. Translate data into meaningful findings that tell a story and recommend data driven solutions. Principle accountabilities: • Conduct data analysis and investigation to support enterprise-wide People Analytics project definition and delivery such as: • Manage Key Worker and Return to Office data during the global pandemic to ensure Barclays offices remain within appropriate capacity, monitor employee health & safety mandatory training, and provide reports to UK and US regulators • Provide analysis on Employee Opinion surveys by consolidating datasets from both current and previous surveys in order to understand root cause of movements in scores/responses • Analyze firm-wide gender data to understand the female representation at senior level and to advise on interventions in order to increase representation • Identify best data source and prepare raw data to support analysis • Merge and cleanse data from different transactional sources to maximize records available for analysis • Provide advice to Service Delivery HR People Analytics team regarding location and quality of data • Utilize expertise of HR transactional systems to extract data required for system testing • Upskill testing teams in the development of automated testing processes • Govern procedures to ensure the accuracy of Analytics & Insights delivery • Collaborate with HR CDO in order to highlight DQ issues, produce new DQ measures and monthly DQ Measure’s report • Coordinate with Data Privacy, Chief Data Office, and Legal to ensure controls are current for analysis and investigations
