For over 25 years, I have been leading HealthCraft Group, a company I co-founded with a vision to prevent fall injuries and enhance the lives of those at risk. As a professional engineer and a fall prevention expert, I combine my technical skills, creativity, and passion to design and manufacture innovative products that help people stay safe and independent in their homes.My mission is to change the conversation around fall prevention and aging, and to challenge the stigma and fear that limit the potential and enjoyment of millions of people. With the help of my dedicated team, we have served over 1 million users, caregivers, and families in over 25 countries, and won multiple awards for our design and quality. I am also an active member and past president of the Entrepreneur\'s Organization (Ottawa), where I share my experience and learn from other entrepreneurs.
