Through multiple, global assignments I have developed a comprehensive knowledge of desktop technologies with expertise of processes and methodologies for transition/transformation. The role included the management of the team of 50+ in support of the provision of the services to the client and being responsible for ensuring that all services were delivered as per the agreed SLA’s.
