I provide executive-level leadership, win new business, and develop high performing teams to deliver management consulting and IT-related solutions. Most recently, I built a successful IT services business, delivered revenue growth and high margins, developed and led programs and projects, and earned progressive promotions with increasing responsibility at Sierra Systems. As a leader with a track record of improving business efficiency and human capacities through innovative solutions, consulting, and project management, I contribute my executive leadership skills to build a fast-growing IT professional services company. My experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, and program manager, along with my project management and leadership skills support my ability to facilitate timely, strategic, and sustainable solutions to address business challenges. My skill set includes a hands-on approach to designing and delivering large IT projects and programs, as well as providing executive-level accountability for projects spanning the government, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.
