As the Director of Online Learning at Kettering College, I am responsible for promoting and administering online programs that focus on workforce development, enrollment growth,graduate school preparedness, and quality improvement in health science and healthcare management fields. I have over 15 years of experience in teaching and developing online and on-ground courses in business, leadership, management, and marketing, using various LMS platforms and tools such as Canvas, Brightspace, MOODLE, and QM Quality Matters. I am also a certified peer and master reviewer for online courses, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of excellence and accessibility. My portfolio includes leadership of the BS in Healthcare Studies Pre-Medical Professional Concentrations, the BS in Healthcare Management, the BS in Health Science Degree Completion Program (for those already holding an AS), and the Kettering Path High School Dual College Credit Partnership with seven SDA Academies.In addition to my administrative role, I am also a Professor of Business Administration at Kettering College and an Adjunct Faculty at SUNY Delhi, where I have received multiple awards and recognition for my career teaching and curriculum development. My passion is to help students discover their calling and connect them to their purpose while equipping them with the skills they need to excel in their personal and professional lives. I am a lifelong learner with a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in leadership and an MBA in Strategic Management. I have a proven track record in building profitable start-up businesses, driving organizational change, and creating a value-driven, constituent-focused culture.
