   I am currently Chief Workforce Officer for CDS Global, a leading business process outsourcer owned by Hearst Corporation. In this role I lead all workforce functions, including benefits and benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and global training.My career at CDS Global started in 2006 in Human Resources. I moved from recruiting to employee relations and to Employee Relations Manager in 2008, a position I held until being promoted to Chief Workforce Officer in 2016.I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and have served on several committees within the Central Iowa Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. I am currently on the Legislative Action Committee.RESPONSIBILITIES: Originates and leads Workforce practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Workforce staff; assists and advises company managers about Workforce issues.
