As Program Manager, I lead OSU’s involvement in the NSF Southwest I-Corps Hub by- Designing, organizing, and facilitating OSU’s involvement in regional SW I-Corps Hub cohorts- Recruiting faculty, students, and startup teams to participate in the program- Supporting teams as they develop their entrepreneurial skills and prepare for the NSF National I-Corps program- Serving as a Teaching Assistant during cohorts, guiding teams through the curriculum and customer discovery process- Coordinating logistics, mentorship, and resources to strengthen innovation and commercialization outcomes.Through this role, I help bridge research and entrepreneurship by equipping OSU innovators with the tools to translate ideas into impactful ventures.
