I am majoring in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and minoring in Business Administration at the University of Central Florida with an in-progress certificate in Human Resources. My academic foundation bridges the science of human behavior with the practical demands of modern organizations — and that intersection is exactly where I want to build my career.I am drawn to the people side of business: how organizations attract, develop, and retain talent; how change is managed effectively across teams; and how data-driven insights can improve workforce performance and culture.
