Operational excellence has been the foundation of my career, where I have spent over 35 years leading engineering and manufacturing innovation. Being at the forefront of initiatives like international growth, Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance, Sales and Operations planning, Manufacturing Excellence, TPM, MES intermigrations, to name a few; I was blessed with a wide range of expertise across the business. Also, I contributed to patented technologies that generated new revenue streams and spearheaded the integration of digital twin technology to enhance production efficiency and team development across multiple facilities. My focus remains on aligning engineering, sales, and manufacturing to support strategic goals through cross-functional collaboration. With expertise in product development, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership, I am committed to driving innovation that bridges engineering and commercial functions. My work reflects a passion for improving manufacturing processes, leveraging machine learning, and steering post-merger integrations to enable sustainable growth.
