Develops revenue/expense analysis, projections, budgets, reports and presentations to the middle and senior management. Develops and maintains workflow processes that comply with the applicable regulations of the grant awards. Coordinates and provides education to the Avera facility staff to ensure facility compliance with grant award requirements.
