JLL, a global real estate services firm, specializes in commercial property management, leasing, and investment management providing comprehensive services for real estate owners, occupiers and investors worldwide. I manage the Portfolio and Transaction team for a global real estate services firm, generating $100m+ in portfolio saves over the past five years. Optimizing the portfolio, I improve financial performance by successfully managing dispositions, sale-leaseback, and new programs. Successfully pitched new business, with recent wins including JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley. Managed multiple sales, including 195 retail branches to four different banking institutions and major real estate in New York City ($330m sale). Led project and team selling HSBC\'s Credit Card real estate portfolio to Capital One Finance Corporation, selling, assigning, and subletting 2m SF of office buildings and data centers as well as acquiring a new data center facility. Re-engineered all departmental processes and reporting. Grew portfolio responsibilities for HSBC from US Office and Retail to all of Americas. Spearheaded retail branch network growth as well as closure and disposition of HSBC commercial mortgage business (1,100 branches).
