Since technology is ever changing and advancing, I recognize the need for impactful training to ensure IT professionals understand and use technologies effectively. Over my career, I have learned and become a subject matter expert in various areas of information technology including databases, backup and recovery, system performance, and networked storage. As a technical trainer, I enjoy learning about the latest technologies in order to share that knowledge with my students. I get a sense of satisfaction knowing that I help my students enhance their technical knowledge and skills and advance their careers through creating and delivering on-demand and synchronous/asynchronous instructor led training. This passion for student development also extends into the academic world. I was a pioneer in online college level teaching having been online adjunct professor for nearly 20 years. I show a genuine interest in my student\'s personal development providing guidance and support in IT concepts they may not be very familiar with.
