I lead Anzurra, a specialist recruitment and consultancy business dedicated to construction claims, disputes, and contract management.Through our recruitment arm, we help international contractors, consultants, and law firms secure exceptional talent across QS, claims, delay, quantum, and legal roles. Our consultancy division provides direct access to seasoned experts for live project support, claims preparation, and dispute resolution — both in the UK and internationally. As an Introductory Member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF), I’m a strong advocate for the principles it promotes and the value its members bring to the industry. I’ve had the opportunity to attend and engage in DRBF workshops and events across London, Sofia, Antwerp, Istanbul, and beyond.
