As HCM Projects & Systems Manager, I lead the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of Human Capital Management technology across a multinational organisation. My role focuses on driving efficiency, compliance, and employee experience by ensuring our HCM systems are aligned with business needs and scalable for growth.Key responsibilities include- Leading end-to-end HCM projects, from scoping and design through to implementation and adoption- Acting as the system owner for our HCM platforms, ensuring functionality is optimised and future-ready- Partnering with HR, IT, and senior leadership to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions- Managing vendor relationships, integrations, and upgrades across a complex HR systems landscape- Delivering data-driven insights and reporting to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making- Embedding governance, compliance, and best practice in HR technology usage globally.This role allows me to combine project leadership with technical expertise to modernise HCM & Project Management processes, to deliver value to both employees and the organisation.
