I joined Airwatch America in answering an ad in the old Rocky Mountain News for a traffic reporter. We were downtown in a high rise near the Greyhound depot. I did daytime traffic on all our stations, which was basically the Clear Channel AMs. Then, we picked up Jefferson-Pilot,(now Lincoln Financial) and, I was back where I started my radio career in Denver, doing airborn traffic in an old Cessna 182, just like the legendary Skyrover, Dick Dillon (only he flew AND did traffic.) Then, I became Operations Mgr, overseeing the big move to the Tec Center when Clear Channel bought us. Two years ago, I jumped at the chance when KOA asked me to do their traffic. That\'s where I am today.in the JetCopter.
