Provide customer service by reviewing current medical plans and formularies to assist member in either keeping currentplan, or enrolling into a new plan for the year. Find member a special enrollment period to enroll into new plan if themembermisses the annual enrollment period. Look up doctors such as primary care physicians, and specialist as needed formembers. Go over and look up medications, with the member, and inform the member of the drug tiers, and cost ofmedications. Send out important marketing and fulfilment information as needed for the member, so that he/she mayfully enjoy and employ the benefits of their health plan. After following the aforementioned procedures, then I enrollmembers into new health plans.

I am a current employee with entrepreneur ambitions in the Financial Services Industry! I have been in the past a tradesman that taught me the importance of hard work and tradecraft! I worked in telecommunications and construction! I have worked in the contact center capacity that taught me how to communicate. I have worked in sales, for I have sold phone packages, to home security systems, to smart home services, to selling Medicare! I am currently in a role as a tax preparer and telesales/ customer service agent. I also have a side opportunity in credit restoration! This sums up my experience in a nutshell! I am also now a licensed insurance agent with a current 240 Health License and a 214 Life and Variable Annuities license. I still work in my current full time capacity as a patient care advocate for Express Scripts and part time on my fortune as an independent tax affiliate with Prestige Tax Office.
