   One of the key roles John provides is that of Director of Program Management for the All Hazards Consortium. A non-profit in the Mid-Atlantic area focused on private sector collaboration with public sector in emergency management and homeland security issues. Mr. Molnar leads all aspects of the project management office for the All Hazards Consortium (AHC). This included collaboration on workshop activity in critical infrastructure protection, interoperability, emergency management, and catastrophic modeling and simulation. He is also responsible for grant management and submissions on several multi-million grant awards and project implementation associated with these awards dealing with catastrophic preparedness and evacuation planning. In both workshops and projects, the role of governance, collaboration, and execution was accomplished utilizing resources from federal/state/local entities, private sector, universities, and volunteer organizations.
