Developing the long-term vision for the MIT Mobility Initiative and leading strategy, business development and operations. The MIT Mobility Initiative aims to accelerate the decarbonization of the global mobility system toward a safe, clean and inclusive future. The Initiative is an Institute-wide platform built on four pillars- Research: Our research framework focuses on technology, data and values. We are building a portfolio of multi-company research consortia focused on topics such as electrification, connected mobility V2X, trust data, and the nexus of mobility and real estate- Education: We are educating tomorrow\'s mobility leaders. We have developed new courses such as mobility equity and decarbonizing transportation systems- Entrepreneurship: We are systematically emphasizing mobility within MIT\'s rich innovation ecosystem. I lead the Mobility Ventures course, which explores the intersection of mobility and entrepreneurship- Civic Engagement: Keeping it real. Scholarship without impact is meaningless. We connect governments and other critical stakeholders with our research findings and our innovation ecosystem.
