   The following highlights a few of the accomplishments that have been achieved since I started with Midwest Landscape Industries, Inc. in January 2021- Completed the acquisition of a commercial landscape business with annual revenues of approximately $4M on annual basis- Negotiated seller financing for the purchase of our corporate headquarters- Refinanced a large tranche of high interest rate debt which resulted in significant cost savings for the business- Converted our self storage business software from a self created system to QuickBooks allowing for better tracking of open accounts receivable from customers- Led the rollout and implementation of Aspire landscape business management software. The implementation started on August 1, 2021 and the company went live on April 1, 2022. This software will allow our company to significantly scale and grow- Provided internal training for users to increase their overall knowledge base in Aspire. The total number of active users in our system as of today is in excess of 100- Worked with our bank contact to increase our business line of credit providing our company with additional borrowing capacity- Helped our company obtain a Ford Fleet status and also worked with our vendor to provide us with a $1M line of credit for equipment needs- Negotiated with our bank to provide additional funds needed for equipment purchases so that we can further expand our business- Contributed to 2021 YoY revenue growth of ~74% along with the diversification of the company\'s revenue base.
