Customers currently include Browning, Rapala, Harley Davidson, Orvis, Mossy Oak and Snap-On. Expertise in hand-held consumer product design. True cradle to grave product development in a very fast paced aggressive market. Concept Development, Industrial Design, SolidWorks mechanical design, product cost optimization, 3D prototyping, electronics specification, material selection, structural package design, testing and evaluation. Quality control, product manufacturing and sourcing. Supplier management. Design optimization for brand identity / DNA. Very strong creative, technical and aesthetic skills. Expertise in both domestic and overseas manufacturing. Frequent travel to Asia to work with suppliers. Over 200 skus developed to date.
