As the Head of Coaching and Mentoring at Remtek Workplace, I am dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to realise their fullest potential. Drawing on a rich background in assistive technology and a passion for coaching, I have developed innovative models such as PHYRE and SPUR, which focus on personal growth, team dynamics, and leadership excellence. These models are crafted to deliver transformative results customised to the unique needs of each client.I am also the creator of the TACO Method of Reflection, a powerful framework that promotes structured reflection, helping individuals grow and improve continuously. My work has enabled many to achieve greater clarity, efficiency, and long-term success.As an author, I have brought the world of Kivastora to life in my debut novel, The Lost Azuralite. My upcoming second novel, Light Through Shadows, continues to explore themes of magical self-discovery and resilience within this richly imagined world. Light Through Shadows is set to be released soon, further expanding the Lands of Kivastora series.My commitment to fostering inclusive environments extends to my advocacy for neurodiversity, particularly in supporting individuals with ADHD and other conditions.
