With over 40 years of experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, I am passionate about quality, provenance, and innovation. I have a strong background in concept development, site selection, design-build management, staff training, and management contract negotiations. I have also traveled extensively to explore and learn about wine, coffee, and chocolate, and I support fair trade and ethical practices in the cacao and artisanal chocolate movement.
