John Merkel is an accomplished international construction manager with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale, complex projects on schedule and within budget. John is a skilled leader and communicator and has a proven track record of successfully managing substantial teams on massive projects, budgets, and contracts in domestic and overseas projects. He holds several professional electrical certifications and has been the Master Electrician of Record for large companies, including Bechtel and Pinnacle. John\'s thorough knowledge of construction and modern installation practices and tools have put John at the forefront of world-class projects as Bechtel’s Program Manager for multiple worldwide mega-projects. Including Westinghouse\'s ASME level installations at Vogtle Nuclear plant, the first new nuclear power plant in the USA in several decades. John\'s hands-on experience and expertise have led him to excel as the chief estimator for many extensive RFPs and contract bid estimates. He recently led Pinnacle Precision Services, Inc.\'s estimating to secure a signed agreement with Tesla for work at their Gigafactory in Austin, TX.
