The CreatingWE Institute (CWI) is a global international thought leadership community dedicated to fostering WE-centric practices through co-creation, collaboration and research and publishing. We consult and coach large enterprises, organisations, executive teams, and Educational Institutions and government organisations. ABOUT JOHN MEREDITH
As an accomplished business leader, coach, facilitator and trusted advisor, John’s style is highly participative, based on the belief that learning and commitment to action will best occur through input, involvement and reflection, as opposed to preaching or lecturing. Prior to setting up The Learning Center, John was Managing Director of international human resource consultants Svend Holst Associates, where he was responsible for bringing the work of one of the world\'s leading thinkers Edward de Bono, to the UK. His career experience has included senior roles in Sales, Sales Training and General Management with Imperial Tobacco, IBM, Rank Xerox and Kodak. John has been married to Sandra for forty years and they have three sons, Marc, Scott and Matthew and five grandchildren. Specialties: John specialises in creating and conducting Principle-Centered Personal, Team and Corporate Leadership Development Programmes. His particular areas of expertise are promoting self discovery, self mastery and self fulfillment, whilst making the learning process fun.
