Created automated compliance metrics, combined with improved SOPs for manual inspection to increase the compliance percentage of the global network of AED devices. Negotiate contract renewals with AED vendors and suppliers, and led Amazon through the largest external recall in company history.Accomplishments-Improved AED compliance metric from 80% in Q3 2025 to 90% in Q4 2025 using improved communication mechanisms, enhancements in employee training, and leveraging data to identify and fix gaps in sites’ performance monitoring-Led Amazon through the largest global recall of external AED devices in company history, implementing procedures, SOPs, policies, and workback scheduling to replace all recall-affected AEDs by end of Q4 2025.Replaced 300+ AED devices across global Amazon facilities, developing SOP for replacement devices and improving compliance metrics of affected facilities-Negotiated the largest purchase order of AED units in company history, securing discounted rates and improved trade-in credits for all North American sites.
