My experience includes labor certification (PERM) applications, nonimmigrant petitions (including, but not limited to H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, O-1), J-1 waivers (including waivers and other issues related to foreign-born physicians and other health care workers), and immigrant visa petitions, extraordinary ability petitions, national interest waivers, adjustment of status, employment authorization, and advance parole. My experience also includes family-based matters, including I-130 petitions and applications for removal of conditions on residence, including representing same-sex couples in their immigration matters.
