   Transferred back to the Baytown, Texas Site (Bayer\'s largest manufacturing facility in NAFTA), at the request of the BMS CFO to manage the Production Controlling function for all the BMS manufacturing sites within the U.S.(Effective January 2014).The primary responsibility to provide leadership, accountability and to direct site controlling activities for all eight of the BMS manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and to also serve as the Site Controller for the Baytown, Texas production facility. Emphasis is on providing financial expertise for strategic decisions, identifying cost improvement opportunities, supporting implementation of key initiatives, analyzing and reporting production costs, ensuring compliance with internal and external financial guidelines, partnering with Accounting for recognition and proper financial reporting of manufacturing activities, preparing planning and forecasting data, and supporting manufacturing management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
