Currently oversee the accounting of our many leased locations are paid correctly and on time. Work with Legal department on any Landlord disputes to resolution. Reviewing leases to ensure we are following the parameters of the lease. Training of employees on the new Oracle Financial Software and work to implement it within the department. Write reports within Oracle OTBI to help meet the needs of our department.Tested and implemented MRI version 10.5 to our department.Over the years with Albertson\'s, I\'ve had many opportunities to work in many areas including Accounts Payable, Pharmacy Receivables, Property Accounting, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting. I\'ve been on special projects of implementation of Oracle Financial Package of GL, AP, FA and PM the first time. I\'ve worked with the design/ implantation and rollout of 2 major Programs (Direct Store Delivery-DSD and Zadall Pharmacy software). I\'ve helped redesign and implement two additional in-house programs (Minimum Rent Forecast, Percentage Rent Program).
