As Head of Projects in the care sector at CBRE GWS, I lead the delivery of refurbishment, compliance upgrades, fit-outs, and capital works across complex care environments nationwide. My focus is on ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to daily operations, while meeting the highest standards of compliance, including CDM regulations, QHSE requirements, and sector-specific frameworks such as CQC, infection control, and fire safety. Clear communication with stakeholders and a balance between operational priorities and long-term asset improvement are central to my approach.The role also involves full financial accountability, from managing budgets and forecasts to developing a sustainable pipeline of future projects. I lead and mentor project teams, manage specialist supply chains, and drive innovation in sustainability and energy efficiency to future-proof care facilities. By combining strategic oversight with operational delivery, I ensure projects not only achieve compliance and efficiency but also add long-term value to the organisations we support.
