This included Supply Chain (Logistics, Distribution & Central Procurement), Sustainability & EHS, Lean Six Sigma and aligning operational activities across our multiple business units. Led the startup of LF Sustainability Program, including first Sustainability report. Also led the startup of the company Diversity initiative setting up our DIBs council, objectives, etc.Led Cabot Microelectronics quality organization as we built a best in class Quality reputation. Winning 3 consecutive Intel SCQI awards (Top supplier award) as well as improving productivity through excellence in manufacturing and supply chain.Formerly led Intel\'s Customer Quality & Reliability organization as well as Product development for Communications and Channel products. Previously supported the development of Intel\'s automotive business in Europe, and lead quality teams supporting Military, Space, Automotive and Telecoms.
