That’s where I come in.As a leader of cross functional teams, I have a unique perspective that allows me to advocate for solutions, encourage thoughtful questions, and promote a collaborative environment where everyone’s opinion and ideas matter. It’s my job to ensure technology solutions are optimal, efficient, and effective for everyone involved.Early in my career I had the privilege of working on international cross-functional teams in France, Germany and Canada. That experience taught me the importance of solving process improvement issues with technology and vice versa. More importantly, I learned the value of cultural diversity and the ability to respect things I do not understand.Those skills served me well while doing Technology Research and Development at Nortel Networks, implementing a digital newsroom workflow environment at CBS in Chicago, helping to launch the Big Ten Network in 2007, and now responsible for teams at Hope Network that oversee technology for people at over 150 locations throughout Michigan.I’ve built my career by working through problems until they’re resolved, even when I had to start over. Failure is only failure if you give up.
