I am John McGhee, a professional pilot with a strong background navigating multiple aircraft and exceeding customer expectations. For the past 20 years, I have performed in a series of roles and as a Captain for various aviation companies. I am an experienced leader with a proven background in training, communicating with team members and I am experienced in multiple airplanes, including the Lineage and the I have safely flown these airplanes around the world, several times. In addition, have directed teams and developed flight plans, ensured flight safety for the flight crew and passengers as well as received zero flight violations. I also had the privilege of acting as the lead Captain in conducting acceptance and test flights at the Embraer factory in Brazil and coordinating with the FAA for the airplane registration. This all started an 8 year adventure of flying in and out of Indonesia. Besides my corporate flying responsibilities there, I had the opportunity to fly many other VIP’s and heads of state. I was so trusted there that I had the opportunity to to fly the incumbent President of Indonesia from Bali to Jakarta. It was a great honor to serve in the capacity of a Senior Lineage Captain there. My previous supervisor describes me as a hardworking and loyal professional, and this is very true. I am available at a moment’s notice and I can dispatch to anywhere in the world. I even have a Chinese visa and a current Yellow card so I am well prepared to start flying anywhere that I am needed. I have the following certifications: FAA Airline Transport Pilot - Airplane ME Land | Type ratings: B757, B767, DA/20, CE-500, EMB 170/190 | FAA Flight Instructor - Airplane CFI, CFII, MEI | FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit | FAA First Class Medical.
