At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to increasing access and equity—through thoughtful financial aid policies, inclusive admissions practices, and genuine connection with students from all walks of life. As Director of Financial Aid at Concord Academy, I\'ve managed a $6M budget, doubled the number of students receiving aid, and pioneered programs that remove barriers to full student participation. In my role as Associate Director of Admissions, I bring the school’s story to life across the U.S. and internationally, conducting 150+ interviews annually and building relationships that span continents and cultures. Beyond the office, I lead Concord\'s most decorated sports team—our alpine ski program—where I’ve coached 15 championship seasons while fostering lifelong skills in resilience, teamwork, and joy in daily movement. I’m also a founding member of the Association of Financial Aid Officers (AFAO), a national effort to elevate best practices in school affordability and access. Whether on the ski slopes, at a school fair in Hong Kong, or across the financial aid table, I strive to meet people where they are, listen deeply, and help them thrive.
