Recro helps employers in a number of ways including supplying candidates from TLYW, reducing time and cost per hire, improving retention, attraction and talent management We also deliver programmes in-house to increase motivation and aspiration of staff. Consultancy to plug gaps between partners, funders, brokers and employers. This work gets the design of a programme right and ensures it can be translated into operational reality, meeting the needs of all parties concerned.
