Started in the trades working with my father as a Mason for Art\'s Masony, American Brick and Tile, Crucil Masonry, and Micon Engineering. Left the field and went back to school. Started working as a special inspector for Koury Engineering, Comorford Labs, and Testing Engineers Los Angeles. After working at TELA continued my education and began working as an IOR for the University of California at Irvine. I was promoted to Senior Inspector of Record in 2005 and to management in 2008. After the completion of the New University Hospital (completed on time and under budget) I started phase 2 of the project. With the downturn in the economy I was blessed with another career opportunity as QC Manager for Hensel Phelps Construction Co. Recently completed Kaiser Anaheim Replacement Hospital, Medical Office Building (MOB-1) and Central Plant in March 2012. Very proud to say these projects also came In on time and under budget. Also received \"Staff and Stock\" at MLK in October 2013. Currently working on obtaining \"Construction Final\" at MLK. Next chapter Kaiser San Diego.
