I am the co-head of the Private Credit team at Jones Day. For over 20 years I have worked with credit funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, other commercial lenders, and corporate clients to structure and implement financing for working capital, leveraged buyouts and other M&A transactions, dividend recapitalizations, and other strategic investments.
