Provide Risk Management/Control guidance in support of cross functional initiatives for the ACH and Instant Payments/Real Time Payments line of business. Lead lower level team members (4 FTE) in support of strategy, coaching and development. Key initiatives include but not limited to RCSA, EIRA, Internal Audit, Operational Risk Events, Issue Management and BPM Process Mapping. Utilize project management disciplines for SHRP issues including the development of Issue and Corrective Action descriptions, success criteria, developing solutions along with meeting key dates and deliverables. Knowledge of control design (FRASA) and procedures as it relates to the Internal Control Policy. Key business partners include, Independent Risk Management (IRM), Operational Risk Consultants (ORBO), Compliance Officers and other risk management groups. International payment knowledge which includes sanction screening and knowledge of associated controls.
