Spearhead the creation and growth of Houston\'s Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base through strategic planning, political alliance, mission advocacy, BRAC transformation, and execution, as led by the regional Ellington Field Task Force, an effective regional coalition committee in the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership (BAHEP). Success features creation of EF JRB that has become the ultimate catalyst that has retained and created essential TxAir NG, TxArmy NG and US Coast Guard missions at EF JRB - Air Alert Mission for TAG and NorthCom, Predator UAS Operations Control Center, US AFRC as new home for vital Army Reserve, Navy Reserve and Marine Corps Reserve training operations. EF Task Force continues to influence vital missions for EF JRB, including top priority initiatives to replace BRAC\'ed F-16 fighter wing with a future Joint Strike Force (JSF) fighter wing, new home for the USCG Houston-Galveston Sector HQ, intro of military Quality of Life facilities (commissary, exchange, low cost living/transient housing), and many more joint services missions and facilities that are vital to EF JRB military value for global and homeland defense.
