Specifically metal roof and roof deck systems, life cycle acoustical roof deck solutions, lightweight concrete replacement roof and floor decks, nailable roof deck substrates, code compliant roof and floor systems, factory finished metal roof and roof deck coating systems, air and moisture membranes, insulation as well as design and budget proposals for the building envelope.Currently providing clients with life cycle value (LCV) evaluations and solutions for educational facilities requiring noise reduction and sound control capability for improved learning. Providing clients with indoor pool building roof and deck assessments and design assistance for complete replacement options including long term water and water vapor control and mitigation. FEMA compliant community shelters and safe room roof solutions. Assisting clients with their building roof envelopes for higher education slate roof substrates on new and replacement projects throughout North America. I have an excellent understanding of roof and deck systems and how they work together to provide a safe and environmentally friendly experience.
