As a California native with a background in Cell and Molecular Biology from UCLA and Stanford University, I began my career in clinical diagnostics, gaining hands-on experience across discovery, product development, and operations. Over the past decade, I’ve led the global development of microbiome-based dietary supplements, specializing in human-centered design and technical formulation across capsules, tablets, and powders.Now serving as Director of Growth at the International Probiotics Association (IPA), I’m focused on expanding our global membership and building alignment across the biotics industry. My mission is to bridge the gap between cutting-edge microbiome science and real-world consumer solutions—driving innovation, collaboration, and commercial success for all IPA member companies.I believe it\'s time we embrace gut health as a foundational pillar of human health. The science is clear: the microbiome plays a critical role in digestion, immunity, mental health, and beyond. Yet, there\'s still a significant disconnect between research findings and public awareness. By advancing responsible innovation, regulatory clarity, and global collaboration, we can help ensure that microbiome-based solutions are not only scientifically sound—but also trusted, accessible, and impactful for consumers worldwide
