About John Margetson
With over 10 years of experience in the health care industry, I am a quality professional with proven skills in quality systems, quality auditing, quality compliance, and quality management in support of the manufacture, disposition, and control of pharmaceutical products. I am currently the Site Quality Head at Sterling Pharma Solutions, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and drug products.In my current role, I provide leadership and vision in the development and execution of quality systems that support manufacturing, compliance, and team development in a dynamic PDMO environment. I have extensive applied knowledge and experience in contract manufacturing/labs selection, qualification, and oversight, as well as interfacing with local and global regulatory bodies. I am also skilled at team development and management, program and project management, and creating, establishing, executing, and maintaining a clear vision to support corporate and business goals. My mission is to ensure a site culture that focuses on patients, including regulatory compliance, patient safety, continuous improvement, process efficiency, and problem prevention.
