Centinela Youth Services is a pioneer in juvenile justice reform, focusing on pre-arrest diversion - strengthening families and communities and helping build successful students and productive adults, by leveraging the principles of restorative justice to empower peaceful conflict resolution. My primary focus is providing strategic counsel to the Executive Director - organizational strategy, board development, internal managerial support, and external political strategy - and special project supervision (new initiatives, systems/efficiency, messaging, and marketing) focused on increasing the scale and efficacy of the organization\'s pioneering work on youth diversion and development, especially Juvenile Pre-Booking Diversion.
