This role supports the global Money Movement function for ADP and assumes responsibility for EMEA Payment Operations, located across two UK offices. International Money Movement (IMM) is responsible for all Client funds movement related to payroll disbursement outside of the US. EMEA Payment Operations specifically provides Money Movement for clients within the UK and Ireland.The role provides a single point of contact and governance for the oversight of Client funds and payment activities within the EU/UK regions. In addition, providing direction, planning, and executing on key strategic initiatives that support the overall IMM vision are key to this position.In addition, I have recently (Sept 2020) taken the MLRO responsibility for the UK business. This requires oversight for company AML policies and procedures in order to minimise risk of financial crime.
