We’re pleased to serve: Health plans Employers Government agencies Providers Individuals, families, and caregivers As the Director of Quality Management for Carelon in Colorado, I am responsible for leading and overseeing multiple quality management functions and programs and fostering a team environment across clinical, provider quality, network, and operational teams. I apply performance improvement methods and lead interdepartmental teams from project and program conceptualization to implementation and evaluation, aimed at improving the health and wellness of Health First Colorado members (Colorado’s Medicaid program) served by two of Colorado\'s Regional Accountable Entities (RAEs), Northeast Health Partners -Region 2 and Health Colorado - Region 4. As the Director of Quality Management, I am focused on advancing a public health and population health agenda with the vision to develop quality improvement initiatives based on data and evidenced based practices and employ critical thinking to health delivery system issues to improve care delivery and outcomes. My role oversees performance improvement initiative(s) for behavioral health (BH), physical health (PH), and BH/PH integration program(s) that facilitate improved quality of care, safety, and outcomes, including social determinants and other upstream health factors in performance improvement initiatives. I work with Carelon, RAE and State leadership to establish and execute the strategic vision for the entire scope of assigned program(s).
