Serving as financial advisor to the World Bank to develop a financing program for off-grid rural electrification using renewable energy systems (small hydro, bio-mass, solar PV and green mini-grids) in Tanzania working with the Tanzania Rural Energy Agency. Work includes preparing off-grid and renewable energy project credit line facilities, technical assistance program design and program operating guidelines. Contracted also with Sida/DfID (Sweden and UK international development agencies) to develop and prepare operating guidelines for their joint off-grid renewable energy technical assistance and results-based financing programs.
