I hold Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Level certifications in Program Management, Test and Evaluation, and Systems Planning, Research, Development and Engineering, and U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command credentials as a Capability Developer. My professional experience has a solid technical foundation rooted in academics and experimental research with work in the experimental high energy particle physics community. Complementing this base is thorough knowledge of combat arms operations and a deep understanding of the JCIDS process. I am a former member of the Uniformed Army Scientist & Engineer Program and am a veteran of applied research and development in the ARDEC and large-scale experimentation during Task Force XXI and the Division XXI Advanced Warfighting Experiment Network Integration Evaluations (NIE), Army Warfighting Assessments, and Joint Warfighting Assessments (JWA). I have extensive networks in the Physics community and with Industry Partners.
