Throughout my career, I have been a leader in asset management, data driven decision analysis, and mentoring. As a Lead Chevron technical expert, I was responsible for subsurface to the Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessel for the non-operated venture (NOJV) Chad Cameroon Project with ExxonMobil. My last role was Petroleum Engineering Waterflood Advisor in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) and asset studies where I worked on surveillance and analysis of waterflood projects around the world. I also managed Discovered Resource Opportunities (DRO) in exploration. I performed resource assessments and other assurance activities which led to multiple exploration blocks acquired in Mexico and Brazil. To improve asset management and improved surveillance analysis I developed Spotfire applications and because of this work, I am recognized as a Spotfire expert for asset management and operational support utilized in multiple Chevron locations by Chevron and Tibco Spotfire. Previously, I maintained and developed simulation software (black oil, steam, and surface networks) and performed simulation studies globally including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Indonesia, and Nigeria. As a petroleum engineer in the Gulf of Mexico I developed workover opportunities, supported day to day operations, and estimated reserves (Qualified Reserve Evaluator (QRE)).Core Competencies and Experience Include:• Leadership and management of multi-disciplinary teams (earth scientists, PE’s, D&C, Facilities) • Asset Management (exploration, development, to abandonment)• Reservoir management and reserves assessment. Surveillance, monitoring and management of diverse range of oil and gas reservoirs. • Project Management covering small and major capital projects (e.g. NOJV coordination of several multi-million-dollar projects (Chad Satellite Development, Chad Waterflood).• NOJV Coordination and liaison with the Joint Venture Partners and government authorities (Chad, Mexico, Brazil).• Data Rooms: Opportunity assessment, technical evaluations, economics & commercial negotiation (Mexico, Chad, Brazil). • Extensive experience in analytical and simulation models.
