AlexanderSr. Vice President - General Manager (Cleveland, OH) Mr. Alexander has successfully held Executive level Business Development and Operations Management positions with increasing responsibilities in multiple Industrial segments to include Energy, Chemical, Refining, and Metals with a the current focus on Power Delivery (Transmission & Distribution), Distributed Generation and MicroGrid Technology. Positions included Sr. Vice President – General Manager, Vice President and Executive Director.John is fulfilling his second two year term as a Board Member of the distinguished Cleveland Engineering Society(CES) Board of Directors and is Vice President of the Executive Leadership Committee.Though his emphasis has been in the Energy sector, he has also targeted Chemical Process, Oil and Gas and Metals as key areas of growing expertise. In Energy, his responsibilities have included the oversight of all Business Development and Marketing activities for New Generation projects using fossil fuels and Environmental (AQCS) retrofit projects utilizing an EPC execution approach. On the Power Delivery side, he has developed T&D, MicroGrid and a host of Distributed Generation projects. His responsibilities further extended into the development of strategic Joint Venture partners and other power markets that includes Renewable Energy (i.e. Solar, Wind, Geothermal).Having held positions with increasing responsibilities at three International Power Industry A/E’s and one International OEM, Mr. Alexander is no stranger to large scale EPC projects. He has travelled the world as a Field Service Engineer, Construction Site Manager and Senior Project Manager prior to following a career path toward Operations and Business Development. In his 30+ year professional career, Mr. Alexander has successfully managed large EPC projects (World-Wide), large Technical Teams and large Sales Teams. He is no stranger to the “blue collar” mentality of doing what it takes to get the job done right. He always takes the time to understand the needs and motivations behind the clients projects and insures that his Proposal Teams are informed and aligned with the same. He firmly believes that nothing less than success is acceptable.
